Do you have phones other than iPhone and Samsung?
I am always on the lookout to expand the phone types available for my phone cases, unfortunately often things don't go as smoothly. You can follow my Instagram @byferin.shop to keep up to date with any announcements regarding phone types I may have!
Where do you ship from? And do you ship worldwide?
I ship from U.S.A and yes, worldwide shipping is available.
Can I suggest characters for you to make?
Yes of course! Feel free to submit your recommendation on the section provided, although it is not a guarantee that I will create something from the character you suggested. I appreciate your suggestions!
Do you take custom orders?
As of now I do not accept custom orders, but feel free to send suggestions to me on the page provided.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
It takes 2-7 days to manufacture your order, and a few more days afterwards for shipping. Expect to receive your order in 1-2 weeks after checking out.
I accidentally picked the wrong colour/phone type, or I changed my phone during shipping period. Can I return it and get a new one?
Unfortunately no, I do not accept returns since your orders are made to order. Please kindly re-check your options before payment.
